In order to make the innovation process active and accessible for all, we introduced the workflow “product idea”. Each employee can add his suggestions and recommendations online via an internal tool. The idea can be viewed by all and can therefore be discussed and further developed anywhere and at any time. All our innovation management’s sustainable solutions are evaluated and relevant market analysis and technical feasibility studies are carried out. The results are new, customer-oriented products and technologies.
